Key events this month were:

• Following Lottie’s trip to Beijing she then headed to Singapore over the May bank holiday weekend (Saturday 26 April to 1st May) to see her Tanglin School friend Olivia.  It was the first time Lottie flew Unaccompanied Minor.
  We have had to learn some new cool text jargon: 831 and 14344!
• Conrad had a belated 7th birthday party.  We hired the tennis court area at West Island school and had 15 boys playing laser tag.  Susan created a NERF gun 7th birthday cake.
• 25 May is Peter’s birthday.  Its also the 50th anniversary of the opening of the rebuilt Coventry Cathedral, it’s the 30th anniversary of Peter getting the results of his engineering degree (celebrated in Barbados… he did not touch a margarita or a tequila shot for about 10 years!) and it is the 30th anniversary of the sinking of HMS Coventry during the Falklands Conflict.
• 26 May is the date for Peter’s sister Susan marriage to George.  They are getting married on the beach at Peter’s Dad’s favourite bathing spot followed by a reception for about 100 people at our cousin Justin Inniss’ house.
