QF127 landing Sydney
This was my first trip on a A380. It’s big and effortlessly floats into the air. And it’s so quiet inside! What a welcome we had to Sydney as this was the last flight for the Captain after 47 years with QANTAS where we had a water cannon salute from the fire-trucks as we got to the gate.
Squeaky Sand at Hyams Beach, Jervis Bay, Australia
Sand that squeaks under your feet… it made the hair on my hands stand up!
A Bronze Whaler Shark that came visiting at Hyams Beach, Jervis Bay, Australia
This Bronze Whaler Shark came visiting on boxing day! A fishing boat spotted the shark and gave a warning to bathers. This is some shaky footage I didn’t realize I had due to a – good – error in selecting the picture setting on the camera.
