Key events this month were:

Susan started training for the with Cigna Dragon Boat team
March started off with a lot of hockey. Lottie playing various friendly matches for the HK Junior Hockey squad. On Sunday 3 March there was the Kowloon Cricket Club Junior Hockey Tournament at which both Lottie and Conrad came home with silver medals.
Second weekend of March:

Lottie and Susan headed to Singapore for a 3rd Annual Asia Pacific Youth Hockey Cup taking place at the Singapore National Hockey Stadium. Her U12 all girl team won the tournament. It was tough and hot! All the girls were dead-beat by the end of the final. Played 5, Won 5, Goals for 15, Goals Against 0. The defence, mid-field and attack all played their parts magnificently.

Conrad played his last U8 Rugby tournament of the season – The HKFC mini Rugby Tournament. Tied one, won two.

Conrad was one of three candidates to pitch to his Grade 1 and Grade 2 fellow students. After a secret ballot he won the nomination for the spot on the Student Council to represent Grade 1 &2 Students.
Fri 22 Mar to Sun 23 Mar was the Hong Kong Rugby Sevens. We all attended. Conrad was very disappointed that NZ lost in the semi to Fiji who then went onto to win the HK Sevens Cup.
Sat 23 Mar to Sun 23 Mar Lottie went to Shenzen, China where she and the HKHA women’s team were training with one of the China hockey teams
The Wintleton’s arrived from Sydney.
Tue 26 Mar is Conrad’s 8th birthday.
Next its Easter (April) and we are heading to Phuket for a week of R&R (31 Mar to 7 Apr) with the famille de la Mais et the Wintleton’s
